Be patterns, be examples in all countries, places, islands, nations wherever you come; that your carriage and life may preach among all sorts of people, and to them; then you will come to walk cheerfully over the world, answering that of God in everyone; whereby in them you may be a blessing, and make the witness of God in them to bless you.

Rochester attracts between 20 and 40 people to Sunday Worship.

There is a shared lunch on each first Sunday after Meeting.

There is a simple healing meeting at 10.15 - 10.30 on the third Sunday.

We run several events periodically through the week and the Meeting house offers an excellent venue for a wide variety of gatherings.

To book the Meeting House contact Josie on 07791 102781

Here is a possible summary of what Quakers stand for:

* There is something sacred in every person.

* All people are equal before God.

* Religion is about the whole of life.

* We meet in stillness to discover a deeper sense of God's presence.

* True religion leads to respect for the earth and all life upon it.

* Each person is unique, precious, a child of God.
